Where do we even begin with this stunning couple? Courtney and Jamie were such a joy to work with. From the first planning meeting over coffee to the High Five Sendoff after the reception (which was totally awesome by the way), everything went like a dream. We had the honor to provide them with two of our services for their big day: catering and coordination. They chose the gorgeous Davis Island Garden Club for their Ceremony & Reception, with stunning water views and beautiful indoor and outdoor space for all of the fun they had planned. The guests started on the covered patio with some mini Cuban sandwiches, coconut shrimp and chicken kabob hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour before enjoying their dinner selection of Roasted Beef Medallions with Cabernet Mushroom Reduction or our Chicken Di Amore with fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions and prosciutto. During the cocktail hour, the bride and groom were whisked away by their amazing photographers of Andi Diamond Photography capture some of the most stunning portraits we have ever seen (seriously, these two could be models). Later, the groom and his friends serenaded the bride with the Sigma Chi Sweetheart Song and together, Jamie, Courtney and their alumni friends sang the UF fight song “We Are the Boys”. It was a picture perfect, beautiful day full of so much fun, and even more love.
We are incredibly excited to announce that our beautiful venue will be getting a well deserved renovation in just a few short weeks. We are working hard to give our clients a beautiful and elegant space for all of their events. Stay tuned for more information on the renovation and how YOU can come by and see the finished project firsthand!
The weather couldn’t have been more perfect for Maria & Antonio’s Special Day! Their outdoor ceremony was held under the oaks on our lawn here at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center. Following the ceremony, guests were invited into our lobby for cocktail hour prior to the reception. Our ballroom was dressed to the nines with elegant draping and lighting, and all white linens and decor filled the space. There was even a modern lounge area! The guests enjoyed some delicious food as well. Some of the items on the menu were Caprese Skewer (passed hors d’oeuvre), Chicken Marsala, Mashed Potato Martini Bar, Pasta Station (guests picked the ingredients and it was made fresh just for them!), and a Dessert Display instead of a traditional wedding cake. The dessert display featured Mini Flan, Cheesecake Bites and Guava Pastries….to name a few. The guests partied all night and the day was perfect from beginning to end. It was such a pleasure to work with this lovely couple and their family on their big day. Congratulations again Maria & Antonio!
A big THANK YOU to our friend Ron with Ron Pinero Photography for the beautiful images of the ceremony & reception set up!
We are very excited to share some of the beautiful photos of this triple theme inspiration shoot organized by the fabulous Victoria at Royal Events and Services and captured by the wonderfully talented Chauntel Desiree last month. It was such a pleasure working with them to create these beautiful images. We were more than excited to provide the draping and lighting for this shoot as well as the catering and venue. It was great fun to showcase the outdoor property at our venue – which is available for ceremonies and other events. The vibrant greenery made a beautiful setting for the rustic theme shoot. We hope you enjoy these photos!

One of our absolute favorite things ever, is the versatile and always beautiful Spandex Chair Cover. Not only does it bring a clean, crisp (read: wrinkle free!!) design feel to any event, this gem looks great with any type of sash., Don’t be fooled however, it also holds it’s own when it flies solo. Which is your favorite look: with or without a sash?
